Wildrice Casserole
ingredients
- 1/2-3/4 c. wild rice, soaked and drained.
- 1/2# ground beef
- 1/4 onion diced
- 1/4 celery diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- french fried onions
directions
Cook rice until it starts to puff. Fry hamburger with onions and celery and season with salt and pepper. Combine rice and meat and mix with soup. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. Add french fried onions 10 minutes before done.
