Hamburger Soup

ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground hamburger
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 2 cans beef consume
- 2 cans condensed onion soup (can use 1 pkg dry)
- 4 carrots sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 bay leaf
- Parsley to taste (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup barley
