Kathy's Vegetable Casserole
A Thanksgiving hit!
ingredients
- 1 can (14.5oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (14.5oz) french cut green beans, drained
- 1 can (8oz) water chestnuts
- 1 sm onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5oz) cream of celery soup
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2t garlic salt
- 1 tube ritz crackers crushed

Layer 1st 4 ingredients in 9“ x 13” baking dish

Mix soup & sour cream, pour over top
- 3
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

Melt butter, add garlic salt, drizzle on top
- 5
Crush crackers, spread on top
- 6
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
notes
I add more cans of corn/beans. Sometime I even make with just corn!
