Kathy's Vegetable Casserole

A Thanksgiving hit!

ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5oz) french cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can (8oz) water chestnuts
  • 1 sm onion, diced
  • 1 can (10.5oz) cream of celery soup
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2t garlic salt
  • 1 tube ritz crackers crushed

directions

  • 1

    Layer 1st 4 ingredients in 9“ x 13” baking dish

  • 2

    Mix soup & sour cream, pour over top

  • 3

    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

  • 4

    Melt butter, add garlic salt, drizzle on top

  • 5

    Crush crackers, spread on top

  • 6

    Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour

notes

I add more cans of corn/beans. Sometime I even make with just corn!
