Cheese Potato Casserole
Everyone loves a good Hash Brown casserole!
ingredients
- 1 bag (2 lbs) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Can add 1 more cup of cheese as a topping.
