Fried Rice
ingredients
- 1 C. sliced celery
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 3 C. cooked rice
- 4 medium green onions, cut
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1/2 t. sugar
- peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
directions

Stir fry celery in oil in large skillet for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add cooked rice stirring to coat with oil

Add green onions, stir fry 1 min
- 4
Add peas , soy sauce and sugar
- 5
Stir fry until hot
- 6
Add eggs
- 7
Stir fry until set
