ingredients

  • 1 C. sliced celery
  • 3 T. vegetable oil
  • 3 C. cooked rice
  • 4 medium green onions, cut
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1/2 t. sugar
  • peas
  • 2 eggs, beaten

directions

  • 1

    Stir fry celery in oil in large skillet for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Add cooked rice stirring to coat with oil

  • 3

    Add green onions, stir fry 1 min

  • 4

    Add peas , soy sauce and sugar

  • 5

    Stir fry until hot

  • 6

    Add eggs

  • 7

    Stir fry until set
