Brussel Sprout Chips
We’ve all heard of potato chips...why not brussels sprout chips? (And, yes it is a plural ’s’)
ingredients
- 8 ounces brussels sprouts, leaves separated, cores discarded
- 1-2 tbls oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, salt, pepper
- vinegar to taste
