Asian Braised String Beans
ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 T ginger
- 1 lb string beans, ends trimmed
- 1/4 c soy sauce
directions

Heat pan over high heat. Add the oil and heat. Add the garlic and ginger, saute for a minute. It will splatter so be careful. Add the string beans and saute for 5 minutes. They should still be a little crunchy. Add the soy sauce and saute abut 30 seconds more.
