Best Cheesy Potatoes

ingredients

  • 1 2-lb. package frozen diced hash brown potatoes
  • 1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of celary soup
  • 1 8-oz. carton dairy sour cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt or seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 4-ounce package shredded cheddar cheese

directions

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a well greased 3-quart rectangular baking dish, cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Crock Pot: Put mixture into a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker on low-heat setting for 3 1/2 hours.
