Seafood Potato Chowder

ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 28 oz can tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen halibut or cod
  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen carrots and peas
  • 1 7 oz pkg frozen shrimp
  • 1 tbs instant minced onion
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

directions

In dutch oven combine water and tomatoes. Bring to boiling, add remaining ingredients, still frozen. Cover- Place in 350 degrees oven for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to break up.
