Seafood Potato Chowder
ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen halibut or cod
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen carrots and peas
- 1 7 oz pkg frozen shrimp
- 1 tbs instant minced onion
- 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
directions
In dutch oven combine water and tomatoes. Bring to boiling, add remaining ingredients, still frozen. Cover- Place in 350 degrees oven for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to break up.
