Taco Dip

ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 avacados
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 3 tomatoes, chopped fine and drained
- green onions, chopped
- 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- sliced black olives

In electic mixer, mix cream cheese and refried beans together until smooth. Spread into a 9x13 pan.

In electric mixer or food processor, mix avacados, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread on top of cream cheese layer.

In bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning together until well blended. Spread on top of avacado layer.

Layer green onions, cheese, tomatoes and black olives.

Serve with tortilla chips.
