Sherrie's Potato Salad
ingredients
- 4 pounds white potatoes, boiled
- 9 large eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup Kosher dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 TBSP mustard
- 2 c. mayonnaise
directions
Boil the potatoes and eggs until done. Let the eggs cool. Cut up the potatoes while still warm. Add the chopped celery, onion, pickles, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the mustard and mayo. Mix well. Chill before serving
