ingredients

  • 2 cups plain croutons
  • 1 cup sharp cheese - shredded
  • 4 slighly beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • optional pepper
  • 4 slices cooked bacon - crumbled

directions

  • 1

    - Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • 2

    - Combine croutons and cheese - put in bottom of buttered casserole dish

  • 3

    - Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper until blended. Pour over croutons and cheese. Top with bacon

  • 4

    - Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes or until eggs have set.
