Bean Salad
ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup onions
- 2 1/4 cup oil (1/2 olive oil)
- lemon juice
- 3 cans green beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cans yellow beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- pepper

Combine salt, basil, oregano, sugar, vinegar, garlic, onions, oil and lemon juice.

Pour mixture over beans.

Mix together.

Season with pepper.

Refrigerate until serving.
