ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli or cauliflower -- cut into large chunks
  • 6-8 cloves garlic -- whole
  • olive oil and kosher salt -- as needed

directions

Place vegetables in gallon size zip-lock plastic bag. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Shake to coat.

Place veggies in single layer on roasting pan. Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes, or until brown at tips.

Variation: Use brussel sprouts, shake in bag with garlic, oil and salt, and place flat side up on pan Brush with balsamic vinegar. Bake.
