Taco Salad
ingredients
- 1 (or more) pounds ground beef
- Bell Peppers (Red, Green, Yellow, Orange, any combination)
- Onion
- Jalapeños Peppers
- Mexican Tomato Sauce (El Patio – duck on front)
- Mexican Salsa (Herdez Salsa Casera Mexicana Picante)
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Shredded Cheese
- Lettuce

Brown beef – leave in large chunks – drain
- 2
Add peppers, garlic, tomato sauce, salsa, and 1/2 onion and cook until the onions, garlic and peppers are tender.

Break up lettuce to salad size and put on each plate.

Sprinkle cheese over the lettuce

Spread beef mixture over cheese
- 6
Cover with remaining onion and sprinkle more cheese over the top.

Serve.
