PASTA WITH SMOKED SAUAGE AND VEGETABLES
ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 1/2 lbs Hillshire Farms smoked sausage cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium green bell pepper cut in thin strips
- 1 medium red bell pepper cut in thin strips
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon marjoram leaves
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
directions
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions: drain. In a large skillet heat oil, add Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage and remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat just until vegetables are tender-crisp. Toss together hot spaghetti and sausage mixture and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
