Sesame Noodles
Simple, easy, yummy.
ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbls sesame oil
- 2 Tbls red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbls vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbl Asian garlic chili paste
- 12 oz linguine
- 4 green onions (scallions), chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- Chicken or shrimp (optional)

Combine soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar and chile paste in large bowl and whisk thoroughly.

Cook linguine (al dente). Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain. Transfer to bowl.

Toss with remaining tablespoon of sesame oil. Add green onions and bell peppers and toss.
