ingredients

  • 3- Hot Italian Sausage Links“casing removed”
  • 3- Sweet Italian Sausage Links “casing removed”
  • 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1/2 C. Onion, minced
  • 2-Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2-TBL. Sugar
  • 1-TBL. Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dry Basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Fennal
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Italian Parsley
  • 4 Cups Italian Tomatoes or(2)1-lb Italian Style Whole Tomato
  • 2-6oz.Tomato Paste
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella,thinly sliced
  • 3 oz. Parmesan
  • 1-15oz.Ricotta Cheese

    1. ADD all ingredients to the Italian Tomatoes, and Brown.

    2. ADD Tomatoes,Paste and mush in together with meat.

    3. Bring to a simmer,Cover,simmer till thick. “approx.” 1to2 hours.
