Squash Supreme

Makes 4 to 6 servings

ingredients

  • 2 Cups yellow squash, cooked
  • 1/4 c grated onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 carrot finely grated
  • 1 bag dry stuffing, divided
  • Pepper to taste

directions

Butter casserole dish. Pour in half of stuffing. Mix squash, onion, soup, sour cream, carrot and pepper. Spoon over stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
