Golden Potato Soup

ingredients

  • 6 cubed Potatoes
  • Celery Seed (to taste)
  • Minced Onion (to taste)
  • 1 cube Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 cup Cooked Chopped Bacon
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Water (for desired soup consistency)

    In large pot, add potatoes, celery salt, onion, bouillon, water, broth, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until potatoes are tender.

    In a separate bowl, mix together flour and milk. Add to soup mixture and cook until soup becomes thick. Stir in cheese and bacon. Serve immediately.
