SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE'
ingredients
- 3 Cups cooked, drained, and mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 & 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Stick Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 Cup Crushed Frosted Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Stick Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

In a large bowl combine all ingredients well. Bake in a 2&1/2 quart casserole dish for 25 minutes at 400 deg.

Mix all ingredients. spread on top of baked mixture and return to oven for 10 minutes.

This is an old Georgia recipe I learned to make in 1981, our first year living in Georgia. It immediately became tradition in our family.
