Bellini Martini

For a Mediterranean getaway, this Bellini Martini can transport you right to its origin at Harry’s Bar in Venice.
ingredients
- 3 oz. Vodka
- 2 oz. Champagne
- 2 Peach Wedges
- 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
directions

Cut one of the peach wedges away from the skin and muddle in the bottom of a Martini glass.

Add vodka, champagne and peach schnapps together and shake thoroughly over ice.

Pour into glass and garnish with second peach wedge.

Serve in a chilled martini glass.
