Sausage Fettuccine
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground Italian pork sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 T. all-purpose flour
- 1 pt. half-and-half
- 2-3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. pkg. fettuccine, cooked
directions
Brown sausage, onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Whisk in remaining ingredients except fettuccine; heat through without boiling. Spoon over cooked fettuccine.
