Roasted Red Potatoes
Part of Christmas dinner.
ingredients
- 3 pounds red potatoes, washed and sliced into quarters
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 T olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- parmesan cheese
- chives or parsley

In a large ziploc freezer bag, add potatoes, olive oil and seasonings.

Seal bag and shake up until evenly distributed. Spread out onto cookie sheet in a single layer.

Cook at 400 degrees. After 10 minutes, stir up potatoes to brown evenly. Potatoes are done when easily pierced with fork.

Turn it into Roasted Root Veggies by adding sweet potato chunks, onion, garlic and turnip.
