Easy Roll Sugar Cookies

- 1 c. Margarine
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
- 2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3 3/4 c. Flour

Cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs and extracts. Add cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and flour. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll on floured board. Slice into rounds.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
