ingredients

CAKE

• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 14 oz. can fruit cocktail
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. soda
• 1/2 cup coconut
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup walnuts

ICING

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup butter
• Cook 2 minutes
• remove from heat
• add 1/2 cup coconut
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Sprinkle over cake while hot
