- 1 hard-cooked egg white
- 1 9-ounce can solid white tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 C diced celery
- 2 Tbsp dried cherries
- 2 Tbsp minced green onions
- 3 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 (8-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 (5-inch) whole-wheat pitas, cut in half
- Lettuce and tomato slices for topping
