Oven Baked Crab Dip
ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dry White Wine
- 12 Teaspoon Onion Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2# Crabmeat
- Chopped Fresh Parsley
directions
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Gently stir in crabmeat. Spoon crabmeat mixture into a lightly greased 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm with crackers.

Double Recipe using 1# crabmeat for 50 people.
