Chinese Chicken
ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 lbs. chicken parts
- 3 T soy sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 T vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 onion—diced
- dash garlic powder
- dash Lowry salt
- 1 can pineapple chunks with a little of the juice
- 10 oz. package frozen pea pods
directions
Mix all ingredients together except pea pods and pour over chicken. Marinate over night. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Add defrosted pea pods for last 10-15 minutes.
