Chilli Sauce for Chicken RiceAmarjit
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 2 packets of red birds eye chillies
- 3/4 cups of vinegar
- salt to taste
- 6-8 tablespoons of sugar
1. Grind together all the above ingredients save for the sugar.
2. Stir in the sugar.
This sauce can be bottled and refrigerated and keeps well for months.
