Salmon Party Ball
ingredients
- 1 1-pound can salmon
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons parsley

Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours.

Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon into a ball and roll in nut mixture until covered. Chill well; serve with assorted crackers.
