Mexican Casserole
ingredients
- 1 soup can water
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 small can chopped olives
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can chilies, diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large bag taco chips
directions
Brown the meat and onion. Mix together the water and soup. In a large baking pan, layer the taco chips, olives, chilies, meat, onion, cheese and soup. Bake covered 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with taco sauce.
