Debbie and OL’s Crab Cakes
ingredients
- 3 T finely chopped celery
- 3 T finely chopped onion
- 4 T butter
- 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat, picked over to remove shells
- 2 t Old Bay seasoning
- 1 T mayo
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 slice white bread, crust removed
- milk
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 C panko crumbs
