Baked Potatoes
Super easy - just not super fast
Russet Potatoes (or)
Sweet Potatoes (as many as you’d like)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash potatoes and cut out any bad spots or eyes.
Put the potatoes right on the rack in the preheated oven.
Bake for one hour.

Sweet potatoes sometimes leak when then are baked so may want to put them in a foil lined baking dish.
