White Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 8 oz butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cup flour
  • 4 oz walnuts
  • 1 cup dethawed frozen or fresh raspberries

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13x9" pan

    Chop up chocolate into small pieces (about the size of chocolate chips). Melt 2 oz chocolate and 4 oz of butter in double broiler. In bowl, whisk remaining butter, egg, sugar, vanilla, and salt. In large bowl, combine flour and remaining chocolate. Fold in egg mixture. Stir in remaining chocolate chunks and nuts. Pick out 1/3 of best berries. Set aside. Gently fold remaining berries. Bake 30-45 minutes turning partway through baking. Add remaining berries halfway through.
