- 1 BAG GEMELLI PASTA
- 1 C. SUN DRIED TOMATOES, JULIENNED
- 1 C. ASPARAGUS SPEARS
- 1 C. MUSHROOMS, QUARTERED
- 1 QT HEAVY CREAM
- SALT & PEPPER
- 2 1/2 C. BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/4 C. FRESH HERBS
- 1/2 STICK BUTTER, MELTED
- 3 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
- 4 TBS.OLIVE OIL

1.COOK PASTA IN BOLING SALT WATER FOR 10 MINUTES UNTIL AL DENTE. IN MEDIUM SIZE SKILLET SAUTEE THE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL 4 MINUTES, ADD THE TOMATOES, ASPARAGUS & MUSHROOMS AND SWEAT UNTIL TRANSLUCENT. ADD HEAVY CREAM AND REDUCE BY HALF ON LOW HEAT AND ADD PASTA.

2. COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, HERBS AND MELTED BUTTER. MIX TOGETHER. ASSEMBLE THE PASTA MIXTURE AND PLACE BREAD CRUMBS MIXTURE ON TOP AND BAKE UNDER A SALAMDER OR THE OVEN FOR 5-10 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
