Shrimp Ball
A staple on the Gow Christmas snack table.
ingredients
- 1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp dill
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1 - 4oz can small shrimp
directions

Cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise.

Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, dill and garlic. Blend well.

Add shrimp mash together well.

Shaped into ball using plastic wrap.

The ball can then be rolled into dill, wrapped and refrigerated over-night if necessary.

Let stand at room temperature prior to serving. Serve with a selection of crackers.
