Pineapple Dip
I remember my mom made this dip when she hosted her bridge club back in the 1970’s.
ingredients
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 1/3 C water
- 3 Tbs pineapple juice
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
directions
Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add yolks and water. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add juices and salt. Cool
