(Cake) Dirt Cake

ingredients

2 packages (2 1/2 oz) instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
16 oz. whipped topping
1 lb. package chocolate sandwich cookies, frozen
Caramel sauce
Chocolate candy bar, grated

directions

Make pudding and stir in softened cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Put cookies in a plastic zipper bag and crush with a rolling pin. Place a piece of wax paper over holes in bottom of 2 7-inch plastic or clay flower pots. Beginning and ending with crushed cookies, layer along with pudding and caramel sauce until pots are full. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Chill 1 hour before serving. Add fresh flowers and shovel out with a trowel.
