Chinese Noodle Salad
Crunchy and Sweet
ingredients
- 1 Small Pkg Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 C Sesame Seeds
- 3 Pkg Ramen Noodle (Without Seasoning)
- 1/2 C Butter
- 1 Large Napa or Chinese Cabbage
- 1/2 C Canola Oil
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
directions
Slice cabbage lengthwise. Crumble the noodles and then brown them in butter. Once browned drain on a paper towel. Mix the cabbage, noodles, and dressing just before serving. Keep noodles separate so they don’t get soggy.
