Pumpkin Cheese Cake Bars
ingredients
- 1 16oz pkg pound cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 16 oz can pumpkin filling
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl on low speed combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press into bottom of 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy and gradually beat in condensed milk and remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin remaining pie spice and salt and mix well. Pour over crust, sprinkle with nuts.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
