Chocolate Zucchini Cake
ingredients
- 1 pkg Deep chocolate cake mix
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup crisco oil
- 1 cup shredded unpeeled zucchini
- For Frosting:
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup butter softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour 10 inch tube pan

combine dry cake mix and cinnamon in large bowl, add eggs water and oil. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Fold in zucchini, turn batter into pan and spread evenly.

Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes

Cream Cheese Frosting

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in bowl. Add Powdered sugar and milk mix until smooth and creamy.

Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle nuts on top.
