Party Corn

I have NO IDEA why this is called Party Corn but I found this recipe in an old cook book and make it for Thanksgiving the past few years. It’s a hit.

ingredients

  • 1 28 oz frozen yellow corn
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

directions

Thaw corn for 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator. In a large saute or fry pan, heat cream cheese, butter, pepper and salt until combined. Add thawed corn. Heat until edges start to bubble. It will look separated but when combined with corn it will come together.
