Tortilla Soup
This was the dinner we had the first time I met your family! I was so nervous I couldnt even hold the spoon! Look how far we’ve come!
ingredients
- 4 Sliced Celery Ribs
- 3 Medium Chopped Carrots
- 2 (10 oz) Can Mild Enchilada Sauce-One Green and One Red
- 4 C water
- 6 Chicken Boullian Cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepeper
- 2 C shopped cubed Chicken Breast
- Crushed Tortilla Chips
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream to Top
directions
Combine Carrots, Celery, Enchilada Sauce, Water, Boullian Cubes, and Lemon Pepper. Bring to a boil under medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stirring Occasionally. Stir in chikcen and heat through. Place Tortilla chips in 4 bowls and spoon soup over chips. Top with Sour Cream.
