Potatoes Deluxe
ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes or potato chips

Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes.

Mix unthawed potatoes with all remaining ingredients except cornflakes or chips. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Crush and top casserole with cornflakes or chips.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
