Cake that Don't Last
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine oil, mashed bananas, sugar, eggs, pineapple w/juice and vanilla.

In a separate bowl combine flour,baking soda, salt, cinnamon and pecans.

Slowly mix dry ingredients into the wet. Once combined bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
