Chicken Romano
ingredients
- Boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup milk
- shaker of grated Romano cheese
- Parsley
- 1 egg
- 4 shakes pepper
- 2 fresh lemons
- 1 cup of flour
- 4 shakes garlic salt
- 2 tbsp of oil
directions
In a bowl, combine 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, and garlic salt. Add some parsley and pepper then whisk all together. Beat the chicken with a meat tenderizer. Put the chicken in the bowl with the egg and milk mixture. Then on a plate put flour and a dash of garlic salt and pepper. Lightly dredge chicken in flour then lightly brown chicken in oil in a pan. Take chicken out of pan. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and squeeze lemon over chicken.
