ingredients

  • 10 Flour Tortillas
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • Chopped:
  • Chili Peppers
  • Scallions
  • Black Olives (Optional)
  • Tomatoes

directions

Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning with electric mixer. Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto the tortillas and sprinkle with peppers, scallions, black olives, tomatoes, and cheese. Roll up tight, then roll them in wax paper, and twist the ends with ties. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve with salsa.
