Pesto Pasta Salad
ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves (wash & dry)
- 2 lg garlic cloves
- 1 cup shelled walnuts
- 1 cup good olive oil
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 lbs. cheese filled pasta

Chop garlic and walnuts. Put basil leaves in and pour olive oil in slowly as you are chopping

Add cheese and salt and pepper, mixing by hand.

Cook the 2 lbs of pasta. Refrigerate and mix with pesto sauce before serving.
