Barbequed Meatballs
ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- cracker crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- SAUCE
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped onion

Mix ground beef, lightly beaten eggs, salt and pepper. Slowly add bread crumbs or cracker crumbs until covered but not dry.

Form meat mixture into balls about 1" in diameter. Layer flat on a large oven-safe pan. Pour sauce mixture over the top.

Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
